1. 年齢制限

KinxKlub sells adult lifestyle products. By accessing this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher), and that it is legal to purchase adult products in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to terminate accounts and cancel orders if we reasonably believe a user is underage.

3. 注文と価格

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The price displayed at checkout is the price you will be charged.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including (but not limited to): product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or restrictions in your jurisdiction. If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, we will issue a full refund.

Your credit card statement will show the charge as KK LIFESTYLE — no product details are included for your privacy.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the specified amount for your order. We do not store your full card number — payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe in accordance with PCI DSS standards.

All transactions are encrypted. If a payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed.

5. 配送と納品

We ship to the address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes in your country, which are the customer's responsibility. All packages are shipped in plain, discreet packaging.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. 返品と返金

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging
• Intimate products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless defective
• You must contact customer service first to obtain a return authorization

To initiate a return, contact us at support@kinxklub.com with your order number. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

We are not responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.

7. 商品説明と在庫

We make every effort to accurately describe our products, including images, dimensions, and materials. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free. Product availability is subject to change without notice.

Colors may vary slightly from images depending on your device's display settings.

8. 保証の免責

KinxKlub provides this site and products “as is” and “as available” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
