How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email. You can also view your order status in My Account → Orders.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please contact support@kinxklub.com with your order number to start a return.

My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?

If your order is past the expected delivery date, email us at support@kinxklub.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier promptly.

Is my purchase discreet?

Yes. Packages are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. Your credit card statement will show 'KK LIFESTYLE' — no product details are included.

How do I cancel or modify an order?
