Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

Standard items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain intimate items cannot be returned once opened. Made-to-measure and custom orders are final sale unless they arrive defective.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or colour on eligible items, subject to availability. Contact us to initiate an exchange.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Custom & Made-to-Measure

All custom and made-to-measure orders are produced specifically for you and are final sale. Exceptions are made only for items that arrive damaged or significantly different from what was ordered.

How to Return

To initiate a return, contact support@kinxklub.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide a return authorisation and instructions within 1–2 business days.
