After adding a made-to-measure item to your cart, we use the body measurements saved in your account profile to create a perfectly fitting garment. You can update your measurements anytime in My Account → Measurements.

We offer standard sizes XS–3XL for most products. For a perfect fit, use our made-to-measure service available on select items.

Standard items ship within 3–5 business days. Made-to-measure orders take 7–14 business days as each piece is handcrafted to your specifications.

Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

Absolutely. All orders arrive in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents. Your credit card statement will show 'KK LIFESTYLE'.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe's secure checkout. All transactions are encrypted.

We accept returns on standard items within 30 days of delivery. Made-to-measure and custom items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective. See our Returns Policy for full details.

Clean with mild soap and warm water. Allow to air dry completely away from direct sunlight. Apply latex shine spray to maintain appearance. Store in a cool, dark place in a breathable bag.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email. You can also view your order status and tracking information in My Account → Orders.
